This can be interpreted a bunch of different ways! Fitness comes in many different packages. This can be about characters who are super fast, strong, agile, good at dancing, good at climbing, athletes, or foodies! Whatever it means to you. This is inspired by those routines you see in magazines for actors, but with more of an open mind and less body shaming.
Here’s my list –
Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer
Juliet is extremely skilled in many forms of martial arts and is additionally well versed with many other skills as is required by the Butler family. I’d love to have her routine.
Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
Inej is known as the Wraith by her colleagues. She’s known to be able to climb to any height and walk through walls (not literally).
The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare
Both in the show and the book, Izzie is badass. I’d love to be anything like her!
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Katniss managed to keep her family going through her hunting AND survived the Hunger Games. I’d love to be as adept at hunting as she is.
Divergent by Veronica Roth
Although I didn’t like her much as a character, Tris is Erudite, Dauntless and Abnegation. I definitely would like to possess all of those qualities.
